  • Send your 13-digit CNIC number to 8171 from your mobile.
  • In a short while, you will receive a message informing you whether you are eligible or not, and if so, what the current status of the money is.

2. Online portal

  • The government has also launched a web portal for BISP 8171.
  • Go there and enter your CNIC number and confirm whether your payment has been approved or is still in the verification stage.

How to get BISP 8171 the money

If your payment has been approved, follow the following method to get the money:

  • Take the original CNIC with you.
  • Visit the nearest BISP payment center or HBL Connect franchise.
  • Get biometric verification (i.e., identification through fingerprint).
  • After verification, you will be paid the full amount of Rs. 13,500.
