BISP CP Rubina Khalid Visits Bara Center

Benazir kafalat program BISP CP Rubina Khalid Visits Bara Center, Khyber, where she informed about the increase in financial assistance and the final stages of the Benazir Hunarmand Program. She said that the program aims to empower women by making them skilled to become financially stable and play their role in the country’s economy.

Senator Rubina Khalid announced that the amount of the Benazir Kafalat Program has increased from Rs. 10,500 to Rs. 13,500. In addition, the budget for the Nashik program and educational scholarships has also increased so that more deserving families can benefit from it. She inspected the facilities at the BISP Center, listened to the problems of the women present there, expressed dissatisfaction over public complaints, and gave strict instructions to the staff to perform their duties honestly and seriously.

While talking to the media, Senator Rubina Khalid termed BISP as the country’s largest welfare program, through which financial assistance is being provided to millions of poor and deserving families. She added that the government is ensuring that the relief money reaches the deserving ones in a timely and transparent manner. For this, modern facilities and new policies are being worked on. BASP is an authoritative organization of Pakistan that works for the welfare and well-being of the people without any compensation.

She announced that a mobile survey will launched in remote and backward areas of Khyber district so that more and more women can join this program. PPP Khyber President Farhad Shabab, Dr. Sher Shah, senior leaders Wilayat Afridi, Javed Afridi, Shams Afridi, Ikramullah, and other personalities were also present on the occasion. During this visit, a large number of women expressed happiness and satisfaction over the increase in BISP relief money.

Increase in Financial Assistance & Scholarships

Senator Rubina Khalid highlighted that the financial assistance under BISP has increased from Rs. 10,500 to Rs. 13,500 to provide greater support to low-income families. She also mentioned that the funds allocated for development programs and educational scholarships have increased to ensure better opportunities for underprivileged women and students.

During her inspection of the center, Senator Rubina Khalid personally spoke to the women present to understand their concerns. She emphasized that beneficiaries should receive proper guidance and assistance without any inconvenience.

All women are requested to be careful to protect their rights and not ignore any illegal deduction.
