BISP November 2025:The Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) is Pakistan’s largest social security scheme, which provides financial assistance to poor and needy families. The government has released a new payment schedule for November 2025 so that eligible families can receive assistance on time. This month’s installment has been specifically earmarked for women whose children are registered in education and health programs.
This time, to increase transparency in the payment system, NADRA records have been updated, and beneficiaries have been re-verified through NADRA and Ehsaas data. The money will be distributed in phases across all provinces so that there is no rush or mismanagement in any area.
November 2025 Payment Schedule and Distribution
The government has decided to release the November installment in three phases. The first phase includes districts of Punjab and Balochistan, the second phase includes districts of Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, while the third phase includes Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir.

How to receive payment
Eligible women will receive a message via 8171 containing the amount, date, and details of the center. It is mandatory to show the original CNIC while receiving the money.
- Believe only the official message received from 8171.
- Do not give money to a private agent or fake call.
- Do not return from the center without a receipt.
These measures have been taken to protect the public from fraud and maintain transparency.
Increase in the November installment and new registration
The government has increased the November 2025 installment by 10% to mitigate the effects of rising inflation. Along with this, the date for submitting forms at Ehsaas Desk centers for registration of new families has also been extended.
