CM Punjab Mariyam Nawaz Green Tractor Scheme Phase 2: The Punjab government has launched the “CM Punjab Green Tractor Program – Phase II” for the improvement of the agricultural sector, welfare of farmers, and an increase in production. This project has been launched on the special instructions of the Chief Minister of Punjab so that the hardworking farmers of the province have easy access to modern agricultural machinery and can harvest more crops in less time.

Program Details:
1. High Power Tractor Scheme
- Total Tractors: 9,500
- Use: These tractors are best for cultivation on heavy lands, commercial farms, and large farms.
- Features: High horsepower, better performance, and the ability to operate heavy machinery.

2. Medium Power Tractor Scheme
- Total Tractors: 10,000
- Use: Suitable for farmers cultivating on medium or small areas.
- Features: Fuel saving, easy repair, low cost, and high efficiency.
Program Objectives:
- To provide financial assistance to small and medium farmers
- To popularize the use of mechanized equipment in the agricultural sector
- To increase crop production and increase farmers’ income
- To strengthen the rural economy
- To promote environmentally friendly machinery to combat climate change

- The agricultural land should be registered in the name of the farmer.
