The first free medical camp was held on June 26 at THQ Hospital Kehrorpaka in Lodhran. It focused on helping people in areas where good healthcare is hard to find. More than 400 people, including women farmers, children, and their families, received free check-ups and medicines. Community Healthcare Camp Receives Strong Support from Officials and Female Farmers
The event was attended by key officials, including Multan Division Commissioner Amir Kareem Khan, Assistant Commissioner Ashraf Saleh Khan. Sarsabz Tabeer Expands to Include Healthcare for Female Farmers
Fatima Fertilizer has added healthcare as a fourth focus area to its Sarsabz Tabeer program, which already works on education, skill development, and financial support. This new step is meant to improve the overall well-being of female farmers across Pakistan.
The Sarsabz Tabeer program was first started to help female farmers and rural women by giving them vocational training in food processing. The goal was to help them earn their income, reduce waste after harvest, and promote better farming methods. So far, the program has trained over 2,000 women in more than 15 cities, helping them learn how to improve their farm products and start small businesses from home.

To offer even more support, Fatima Fertilizer has signed an agreement. The Akhuwat Foundation will help female farmers get access to financial support, mentoring, and business guidance.
