Eligibility Criteria

- The household must have a PMT score of 30 or below in the National Socio-Economic Registry, which shows the family is poor.
- The applicant must have a special CNIC or B-Form from NADRA that clearly shows they have a disability.
- The applicant must be a Pakistani citizen living in Punjab.
- The applicant must complete biometric verification through fingerprint or identity check at an Ehsaas or PSPA center to confirm their identity.
