President Asif Ali Zardari on Saturday promised to continue working for the betterment of society and human development through the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP). He launched the Benazir Hunarmand Programme, which aims to give young people modern vocational training to help them compete in the global job market.
Through the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), we have helped millions of people. Now, with the Benazir Hunarmand Programme, we want to give our youth the skills and tools they need to create a better future, he said while officially starting the program at a ceremony held at Aiwan-e-Sadr. This marks an important step towards helping young people by providing advanced skills.
