Registration in the 2025 PSER Survey: The Punjab government has launched a new survey in 2025 called PSER (Punjab Socio-Economic Registry). It aims to identify families who need financial assistance, ration, educational scholarships, or health facilities from the government.

What is the PSER survey?
PSER is a government project through which the government collects information by going door to door. This information is collected to find out who is financially weak and what their needs are. Based on this survey, deserving people are included in various government programs.

Who can register for it?
You are eligible for this survey if you meet one or more of the following conditions:
- Your monthly income is low, or you have no regular income
- You live in a rented house, or your house is a hut
- You are the guardian of disabled, widowed, or orphaned children
- You have a National Identity Card (CNIC) or B-Form for children
- You are residing in Punjab
What are the things required for registration?
- Your National Identity Card (CNIC)
- If there are children, their B-Form
- Home address and details of their residential status
- Estimate or source of income (if any)
- Mobile number in your name

Two methods of registration
1. Online registration
If you have a mobile phone and internet access, you can register online:
- Go to the official website of PSER
- Click on the registration form
- Enter your name, CNIC number, mobile number, and household details
- After completing the form, press the “Submit” button
You will receive a confirmation message (SMS or on-screen message) once the registration is complete
2. Offline registration
If you are unable to register online, don’t worry, the government has sent door-to-door survey teams:
- Government officials will come to your house
- They will ask you about your household status, income, and identity details
- They will enter all that information in a digital form
- No fee will be charged; it is absolutely free

What will happen after registration?
After registration is complete, the government will verify the information you provided. If you are found eligible, you will be given government financial assistance, such as:
- Inclusion in the Ehsaas Kafalat Program
- Issuance of a ration card
- Educational scholarships
- Health card facility
You will be informed about this through SMS or a call.
Some important instructions
- Do not give false or incorrect information in any case
- If anyone asks for money in exchange for registration, immediately complain to the concerned office
- Do not give your information to any non-government website or person
- Keep the confirmation message safe after registration is complete
