- Fingerprint mismatch at JazzCash during biometric verification with NADRA

To ensure the aid reaches the family, beneficiaries’ heirs can now transfer the amount to another eligible family member by submitting the FRC to the DC Haripur office.

- Along with a written application explaining the issue
