• The family should have completed the NSER survey.
• Widows, disabled people, and divorced women are preferred.

 BISP Registration Method

• Go to the nearest BISP Tehsil office
• Take your original CNIC, electricity or gas bill, and other relevant documents with you.
• Fill in the NSER form there and submit it to the staff.
• After biometric verification, your data will be added to the system.
• After a few days, you will receive a message from 8171 on whether you are eligible or not.

1. Write your 13-digit CNIC number in a mobile message.
2. SMS it to 8171.

Method No. 1: From the BISP camp or the payment center

1. You will receive a message from BISP that the money is available.
2. Go to the nearest BISP camp or a specific shop where there is a POS machine.
3. Show the original CNIC and get biometric verification with your thumb.
4. After verification, you will be given the full amount.
5. Do not pay any fees or deductions.

Method No. 2: Through ATM (only in specific banks)

1. Go to the nearest ATM (e.g., HBL, Allied, BOP).
2. Select the option “BISP” or “8171” on the machine.
3. Enter your CNIC number.
4. Provide biometric verification with your thumb.
5. The available amount will appear on the screen. Press the “Withdraw” option.
6. Cash will come out of the ATM.

Method 3: Through Mobile Wallet (New System)

Now the government has also provided the facility to receive money digitally:

• Create your account in JazzCash or EasyPaisa.
• Provide the same mobile number as is being used in the wallet at the time of BISP registration.
• As soon as the money is released, it will automatically be added to your wallet.
• If you wish, you can withdraw the money from the shopkeeper or use it to pay bills, load your mobile, or shop online.

 BISP  Precautions

• Never pay any agent any reduction or fee. BISP money is given completely free of cost.
• Do not give CNIC, OTP, or fingerprint information to a stranger.
• The message comes only from the 8171 number. Messages coming from other numbers may be fake.
• After each withdrawal, make sure to take a receipt so that you have proof.

How to File a  BISP Complaint

If someone is defrauding you or misbehaving with you, file a complaint immediately:

1. Call the BISP Helpline: 0800-26477.
2. Visit the nearest BISP office and file a written complaint.
3. Fill out the online complaint form on the BISP website.

• Agent’s name (if known)
• Place and date
