- Go to the nearest BISP Tehsil office

- Fill in the NSER form there and submit it to the staff.
- After biometric verification, your data will be added to the system.
- After a few days, you will receive a message from 8171 on whether you are eligible or not.

Method No. 1: From the BISP camp or the payment center
- You will receive a message from BISP that the money is available.
- Go to the nearest BISP camp or a specific shop where there is a POS machine.

- Do not pay any fees or deductions.
Method No. 2: Through ATM (only in specific banks)
- Go to the nearest ATM (e.g., HBL, Allied, BOP).

Now the government has also provided the facility to receive money digitally:
- Create your account in JazzCash or EasyPaisa.
- Provide the same mobile number as is being used in the wallet at the time of BISP registration.
- As soon as the money is released, it will automatically be added to your wallet.
- If you wish, you can withdraw the money from the shopkeeper or use it to pay bills, load your mobile, or shop online.
BISP Precautions
- Never pay any agent any reduction or fee. BISP money is given completely free of cost.
- Do not give CNIC, OTP, or fingerprint information to a stranger.
- The message comes only from the 8171 number. Messages coming from other numbers may be fake.
- After each withdrawal, make sure to take a receipt so that you have proof.

If someone is defrauding you or misbehaving with you, file a complaint immediately:
- Call the BISP Helpline: 0800-26477.
- Visit the nearest BISP office and file a written complaint.
